Meet the founder

Annabelle Buckland (Buckers) is an award-winning podcaster and audio producer.


With a background in commercial radio she has built a reputation as a skilled communicator, collaborator, and creative audio producer.

As leader of the Decibelle Creative team, Buckers plays a pivotal role in every podcast launch. Overseeing creative development, planning, strategy, production, launch, and growth of every brand new original podcast. She builds genuine relationships with her clients and champions independent podcasters with the enthusiasm of a caffeinated squirrel.

Buckers is no stranger to the mic herself, co-hosting award winning podcasts At Least You Didn’t and The REALWORK Podcast.
